Ford Guest Experience (FGE), is an initiative from Ford that has redefined customer service standards in the automotive industry. Ford needed a new design/illustration style for their internal onboarding site that would help empower employees to take their sales game to the next level. This set of illustrations were paired with modules throughout the site and provided visual context for each scenario.
